We will look at what stress is, the signs and symptoms of stress, what is happening to our body when we are stressed and importantly find ways to manage stress in our lives.

ANXIETY

In these sessions, we look at what anxiety is and the signs and symptoms of anxiety. We will learn about the different anxiety disorders and what treatments are available. We will also look at coping strategies to help if you are starting to feel anxious and want to introduce activities to help improve your mental wellbeing before things decline further.

SELF-CONFIDENCE AND SELF-ESTEEM

These sessions look at what self-confidence and self-esteem are and what causes them. We will learn how to develop skills to build low self-esteem to lead a fuller and happier life.

IMPOSTER SYNDROME

I help individuals identify and overcome imposter syndrome. We will explore and challenge limiting beliefs, build self-confidence, and develop strategies to navigate imposter syndrome, unlock true potential and achieve a greater sense of self-worth.

SLEEP

These sessions look at the whole concept of sleep, from its definition, to stages of sleep - how much sleep we need and why we need it. We will also discover what we can do to improve it and when to seek medical support.

MINDFULNESS

We will introduce you to a world of being more mindful. Within relaxed, safe, and informal sessions we will explore what mindfulness is, looking at the history of mindfulness, explain its many benefits, practice guided meditations, and talk about how you can start to build it into your daily lives at work and home.

RESILIENCE

In these sessions, we explore resilience, what it is and why it is beneficial to learn to be more resilient. We will also look at ways to build our resilience.

MANAGEMENT

Helping managers and leaders to develop the emotional intelligence needed to get the best out of their teams, while also supporting them through leadership pressures such as building effective working relationships, setting boundaries and getting the best out of their staff.

DEPRESSION

We will cover this subject starting with what depression is, then working through signs and symptoms of depression, treatments available, and coping strategies to use in the long term that can help.

We look at the benefits of nutrition & physical activity on mental health including the importance of a healthy lifestyle by overcoming negative/ self destructive habits.
